NEXGEN T-handle Cylinder

NEXGEN by Medeco is an electronic locking system designed specifically for route management/collection applications. Equipped with an electronic t-handle cylinder, a collection/audit key and VendSecure software, NEXGEN provides the necessary tools to help increase security improve efficiency and reduce trade loss.

The NEXGEN system gives you the ability to program who gets into your machines and when they get in. The system will also track all collection activities, including authorized openings and unauthorized attempts to open the lock.

These functions are integrated into the VendSecure software providing route management capability that can be customized to meet your specific requirements. VendSecure was designed specifically to help manage collection routes for maximum efficiency.

The NEXGEN cylinder is built to the same physical security standards as the Medeco mechanical cylinder and provides strong resistance to all forms of physical attack, including pulling, drilling and wrenching. The NEXGEN lock will retrofit into existing t-handles without modification the the machine.

Break away plug face design prevents over torquing.
Locks are available in spring latch or deadbolt and retrofit NAMA standard T-Handles.
Locks use a hardened steel plug face, backed by a solid steel shell and bolt, to defy attack.
A single key can access up to 11,000 locks.
Each lock can store up to 2,000 audit events.
Keys can be programmed to read up to 6,000 audit events from the locks.
Keys use off the shelf batteries to provide power for up to 4,000 operations.
Network compatible software is designed for Route Management.
